Troy has had a lot of hot rods and ultra-high performance cars in his life, and in his opinion, a “proper” hot rod has to have two things – a severely chopped top, and a BIG motor.
When he discussed his latest project, those were the basic guidelines. The details would be worked out, but those two elements would form the basis of this traditionally styled hot rod.

Chevy with rebuilt Muncie 4 Speed. Hurst shifter. Hays flywheel, Centerforce dual friction clutch, Lakewood bell housing. 11″ disc brakes in front, 11″ drum in rear. TCI mustang II front clip. Rack&Pinion steering. MSD ignition. Holly 750 carb. 10 bolt rear-3:55 gears and Eaton posi. Frame connectors and traction bars. New gas tank and sending unit, all new lines. New wiring.

This car was taken down to bare metal and completely redone. To much to list. Includes car cover. Car has been finished for about 3 1/2 years. Runs and sounds great. Gets a lot of attention.
